Why would you want false nails when you’re 12? The nail techs in my town says you need to have had your confirmation(when you’re around 13-14) before they wanna do your nails..

for gods sake! you’re 12! you’re too young to be doing your nails you’re only going to ruin them. Its a bit sad to see how kids have changed so much. When I was your age I didn’t even care about that stuff (and I’m only 24 right now so it wasn’t that long ago). There’s a time for everything, for now just enjoy your childhood…you have plenty of time to care about this stuff when you’re a grownup.

Glossy like in the Salon is achieved using Gel Top-coat. For that, you will need a UV lamp, which you can get for not TOO much online, or find one in your nearest beauty supply store.
Getting that slight pink tone (with acrylic) is easy- you can buy various colors of acrylics online or, again, in your nearest beauty supply store. I know that Naio has a nice selection of various manicure acrylics in all sorts of shades.
number 8 Oval Kolinsky Brush for new nail techs and a little bigger maybe number 10 or even 12 oval kolinsky if you are more experienced nailtech
for doing Just acrylic nails you do not Need a uv lamp, you can finish acrylic nails by buffing to a high shine with a special buffer or finish the nail with Acrylic sealer special for acrylic nails without needing a uv light, BUT for a durable and super shine a UV gel sealer is the best choice and for that you will need a uv lamp. If you are starting you can buy a 9 watt small lamp they are cheap and do the work with gel top coats.
i noticed that u didn’t wet r brush while puttin on the acrylic and making the smile line, i tried to do this process but it didn’t work with me cuz the acrylic will fall off if i didn’t wet the brush
